**NEW AGENT BEST PRACTICE**
- Always call from in the home when with a client during your first 25-50 sit downs
- Before calling your manager for guidance and assistance, make sure to have completed the following health underwriting to communicate:
- Client age
- Any major illness with approximate diagnosis/remission dates
- Names of medications (just the names, not the dosage)
- Never call on speaker phone, as the client should not be able to hear your manager
