When you are ready to promote your agency partner to a higher contract level, for all the Carriers (except Prosperity), we have to submit the promotion in HCMS.
However, for Prosperity, we have to use their agent portal.
This step is only applicable when you are promoting your business Partner.
When an agent under you is promoted to a higher contract level from 100%, you would have to transfer the agents under him/her.
In this example, Monica who signed up under “Neha Patwa” is being transferred under “Michele Tyson” who is being promoted.

Click on the “View” against the agent you want to transfer-
Scroll all the way to the bottom-
Repeat the above steps for all the agents that you need to transfer.
